When a global organization like The European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE)<\/a> entrusts a Central American company with a high-level technical event, every detail matters. Operating from Colombia and Europe, their team sought a local partner who not only understood the high standards of the geoscience sector but also delivered a comprehensive solution. For this project, we deployed to Liberia two specialized sound technicians, a complete simultaneous interpreting system, amplification equipment, interpretation booths, microphones, visual projection, and two experienced interpreters <\/span>with experience in<\/span> highly technical contexts. Given <\/span>that <\/span>the event took place outside the Greater Metropolitan Area, Tilde also arranged accommodation, meals, and transportation for the team, guaranteeing punctuality, safety, well-being, and an optimal environment for interpreters to perform at their best.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hosting events outside the Greater Metropolitan Area presents different logistical challenges\u2014from inspecting venues and adapting equipment<\/span>,<\/span> to coordinating transport routes and ensuring technical redundancies.
