The duty was clear: EAGE required a professional, reliable, and technically flawless interpreting service for their specialized meeting in Costa Rica. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 certified processes were instrumental in anticipating needs, rigorously planning, and meticulously coordinating logistics. Four months before the event, our operational plan was thoroughly prepared, allowing the client to focus exclusively on content and their own clients while Tilde successfully managed the rest.
For this project, we deployed to Liberia two specialized sound technicians, a complete simultaneous interpreting system, amplification equipment, interpretation booths, microphones, visual projection, and two experienced interpreters with experience in highly technical contexts. Given that the event took place outside the Greater Metropolitan Area, Tilde also arranged accommodation, meals, and transportation for the team, guaranteeing punctuality, safety, well-being, and an optimal environment for interpreters to perform at their best.
